Working with corporations in the manufacturing sector, I improve manufacturing processes. I have created an algorithm that assists them in finding and removing process weaknesses, which increases output and improves the skills of shop floor supervisors and managers thus contributing to an improvement in total revenue performance. What I think will drive the industry forward is a sensible commitment to a continuous improvement strategy. With almost three decades of work experience in "GEMBA," I greatly enhance the productivity of the workforce. My distinct approach to empathic communication with the workforce and my implementation strategy are goal oriented. I am a shop floor management professional with a post-graduate degree from BITS PILANI, and I have developed a process flow algorithm to decrease waste and boost efficiency.
